Humanz, a well funded fast growing start-up from Tel Aviv, developing an AI based influencer marketing SaaS platform and community .On the back of rapid growth abroad, Humanz is looking for a passionate multi-talent developer who seeks knowledge and has a can-do attitude. You will take an active part in leading and designing projects at our core domain with extra attention to individual growth opportunities.

Position Summary
The Head of Content (HOC) will be in charge of all content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior across both the B2B (Leads) and B2C (App registration) funnels. USA experience and perfect English writing and oral skills are mandatory. The position will collaborate with positions including design, paid media, sales, local marketing/community managers, the CEO, CMO and CCO to define both the brand story and strategy as set out by the marketing team.

Ultimately, the job is to think like a publisher/journalist US-oriented, leading the development of content marketing initiatives in all forms to drive new and current leads and app installs whilst communicating both unique offerings of the Humanz Platform AND specific insights/knowledge of the Influencer Marketing/Social Commerce industry.

This includes:
Deliver engaging content on a regular basis that inspires team members, customers, and partners.
Develop an editorial calendar, and produce relevant content pieces or delegate tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Edit, proofread, and approve all content produced by other resources.
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence and links back to the Humanz website and/or community board.
Mapping out a content marketing strategy that supports and extends the company’s marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why. (Continuous evolvement of the strategy is a must)
The development of a functional content calendar throughout the marketing verticals.
Integration of content activities within traditional marketing campaigns.
Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness. Gather data and handle analytics (or supervise those who do) and make recommendations based on those results. Working with owners of particular content to revise and measure particular content and marketing goals.
Developing standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real time implementation of these content strategies.
Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to positive behavioral change.
Ensuring consistent global experience and implementing appropriate localization/translation strategies with translation partners.
Work closely with the company’s Head Of Design on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.
Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video and print.
Success Criteria
The Head of Content will be measured on the continual improvement of customer nurturing and retention/Average time spent on the Humanz App through storytelling, as well as the increase in new prospects into the sales/registration funnel through the consistent development and deployment of content.
Success criteria include:
Growth in viableJ leads hitting the sales funnel
Growth in weekly active users on the Humanz App
Website and social media traffic growth.
Positive brand recognition and consistency across chosen published channels.
Social media positive sentiment tracking.
Customer feedback and survey data.
Increases in key search engine keyword rankings.
Achieving the Lead and App Install KPIS as set out by the executive team.
Experience and Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or a related communications field.
3-5 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.).
Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics.
Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
An acute understanding of the digital marketing/Influencer Marketing ecosystem.
Skills Required
The Head of Content requires a combination marketing and publishing mindset, with the most important aspect being to think “customer first”. In essence, the HOC is the corporate storyteller that must be empathetic toward the pain points of the customer. The content for our brand is US-oriented, therefore USA experience and perfect English writing and oral skills are mandatory.
Specific skills required include:
Proven editorial skills. Outstanding command of the English (or primary customer) language.
Training as a print or broadcast journalist and has a “nose” for the story. Training in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
The ability to lead and inspire large teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve the company’s stated goals.
Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
The ability to think like an educator, intuitively understanding what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
A passion for new technology tools (aka, using the tools you preach about) and usage of those tools within your own blogs and social media outreach. Social DNA is a plus!
Clear articulation of the business goal behind the creation of a piece (or series) of content.
Leadership skills required to define and manage a set of goals involving diverse contributors and content types.
Project management skills to manage editorial schedules and deadlines within corporate and ongoing campaigns. Ability to work in a 24-hour project cycle-utilizing teams or contractors in other countries.
Familiarity with principles of marketing (and the ability to adapt or ignore them as dictated by data).
Excellent negotiator and mediator.
Incredible people skills.
Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Java, web publishing, Flash, etc. • A willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly.
Experience creating a resource or library of content organized indicating SEO, translations, and version control.
Needs to be continually learning the latest platforms, technology tools and marketing solutions.
Able to screen out case studies and look for the relevant brand and customer story.
